Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewellery in its original branded presentation box and pack it securely inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers inspect the item to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
